Please know that we LISTEN to all of your concerns and try to make adjustments where necessary and where possible. With that being said, we are moving Rep training to March 18th so that you have time to get ALL your reps in place. The location is still TBD and as soon as we know we will get you that information. You will still need to have all your reps USA certification and CPS background checks in the binders by roster day. We will send out a quick reference guide of what binders should contain and how they are assembled at a later date.
THE COACHES CLINIC has officially been moved back to Sunday 2/26/17 1PM-4PM Tucker HS Auditorium. PLEASE MAKE YOUR COACHES AWARE!
Rep shirt order forms and payment must be received no later than March 6th. It takes 10-14 days for the order to process. We would like to distribute these to you at Rep training on March 18th so that everyone is ready for opening day!
We are working on setting up a PayPal Account. Once this is established I will send the information for payment. You can always bring payment to the next meeting on February 15th at Eastern Henrico Rec Center or send it via regular mail to the Nuckols Road Address.
